That is great.

The rabbit lost the race, but the turtle won because he was slow and kept moving.

Thanks for all the good wishes. I think this is the start of an annual tradition. I'm hooked on running now.

Well done on the 5k, and on finding a great way to be healthy on Thanksgiving.

(What *were* they thinking?)

I'll be running/walking my first 5K in 1 month. My C25K training got interrupted with a cold, so I'm starting over but will still do the thing.

Good for you! emoticon
I used to dread hills, but now I feel like I'm making the most of my walking time. Congratulations on your first 5K! Keep Sparking!

Today I ran a Turkey Trot that I've been training for. It was my first ever race. I'm thrilled to say I finished with a decent time, even though I had to walk the huge hill at the *end* of the race (what were they thinking??)!!
