Just looked at the principles behind it (I hadn't heard of it) but it looks like sound eating advice for a lifetime. It is similar to what SP offers in eating a balanced and healthy diet. (The world "diet" here refers to what you eat, not a program)

Like many of the others, however, I just eat real food as much as possible. If you make real, whole food choices, you will balance things in your body just like this.

Haven't heard of it and don't "diet." I ear real food, more plants and less of it. Works for me along with moving every day.

I am following this plan. I love it. I just started. I think I am going to start a group.
So far I have lost 4 pounds in two weeks.

I think most of the people here on SparkPeople are using the SparkPeople plan emoticon
It looks like this one you're asking about is based on balance of macronutrients, as Spark is.

So... no need for fads or new books or strange "plans"... Just follow the plan here and eat real food emoticon
