Just looked at the principles behind it (I hadn't heard of it) but it looks like sound eating advice for a lifetime. It is similar to what SP offers in eating a balanced and healthy diet. (The world "diet" here refers to what you eat, not a program)
Like many of the others, however, I just eat real food as much as possible. If you make real, whole food choices, you will balance things in your body just like this.

Haven't heard of it and don't "diet." I ear real food, more plants and less of it. Works for me along with moving every day.
