Destiny, I was just like you.....hated all things fitness and exercise and eatin' right. But, Sparkpeople has changed all that! If you can force yourself to use your Nutrition Tracker, you will learn to love it and then live it! There is a learning curve, but once you get the hang of it, you will see it's the greatest invention since the wheel. Keep your daily numbers within the ranges for calories, carbs, fat, and protein. If you do that alone, you will not only get to 160, you will get to 130. Guaranteed.
Combine the above with month long Sparkpeople bootcamps (they consist of 30 min. cardio and 10 minute strength), you will see results that will cause heads to turn and eyes to pop! This is the absolute truth. It happened to me.
