Moobs! Those dreaded over developed male mammories- what a shame. Well, welcome, I guess. I'm not sure if I can say that, being that I'm new myself, but regardless of that- Good luck! Are you sure you know what eating healthy is? If you are restricting your calories, eating a long of dairy, fat, and protien, this could only contribute to your problem. You probably don't want to focus on losing weight right now, but losing excess fat. Try eating more WHOLE foods! More fruit and veggies, less cooked and processed food... and milk and is seriously not great for losing unflattering fat. So I'd stay clear of that. But yeah, good luck :)

Heeellloo!!! I'm new to this site but I'm glad I found it. I'm an 18yr old male and I currently weight 180lbs and I hardly exercise but I plan on changing that.. I've always been ashamed most of my life because I suffer from man boobs :/ I have started to do push ups to try to get rid of them but eh I don't see results yet..& I do eat healthy though. My goal will be to weight 150lbs Wish me luck! Let me know any good foods and exercises I should try ! Thank you :) emoticon
