I am trying to get back on track so I think I will join you on your journey of 18 pounds less by the end of 2011! That will get me about halfway to my weight lost goal of about 40 pounds :)
I could definitley use some support and motivation to get through and am more than willing to give support and motivation in return! emoticon

Congrats on setting your goal for this year. Good luck with all the weight u try to get off. I started my diet on August 1, 2011 and I am tryin to get 65 pounds off by December 1st. So far I am down 21 pounds this month with one more weigh in to come Wednesday (8/31) to get my monthly loss. If you have any questions or anything lemme kno, from June 2009 - April 2010 I lost a total of 105 pounds. Then this past year I had my first kid and packed on a cool 65 pounds (damn sympathy weight lol) and now i want it off before 2012. Good Luck again to you and everyone who comments on your updates

That sounds like a winner! I believe I would set my goal to 18 pounds less by the end of 2011. That's a reality goal. I accept that challenge.

My 1st short term goal is 18 pounds less by the end of this year. I have a total of 80+ pounds to lose depending on what my end goal becomes.
My daily goals to get to the above goal are:
1.) Move daily no matter how short or long the duration.
2.) Eat 5 fruits and vegetables daily.
3.) Drink 8 glasses of water daily.
4.) Log in to SP daily.
5.) A positive affirmation daily or a motivational quote.
