My 1st short term goal is 18 pounds less by the end of this year. I have a total of 80+ pounds to lose depending on what my end goal becomes.
My daily goals to get to the above goal are:
1.) Move daily no matter how short or long the duration.
2.) Eat 5 fruits and vegetables daily.
3.) Drink 8 glasses of water daily.
4.) Log in to SP daily.
5.) A positive affirmation daily or a motivational quote.
