So I know I said I wasn't going to weigh myself for a month. That didn't really last. I made it 6 days, though, which is huge for me, the daily weigher. The only reason I got on the damn scale this morning was because I FELT good when I got up, and I LOOKED good when I looked in the mirror, so I decided to check it out. Plateau busted, I "lost" 5 pounds from my last weigh in. I'm sure it was just water weight from my growing muscles that finally let go, but I have a new low weight to record and 18 pounds lost so far this year. I have 4 more pounds to go to my first goal, and another 20 after that. Feels so good to be out of the 170s. Slow and steady progress.
