First of all, great job with the inches lost! That's awesome stuff.

From my experience with dieting, the longer you stay on any extreme plan, the easier it will become to fall off, and fall off hard. Not saying that will happen to you necessarily, but I imagine that's why they recommend only staying on the accelerated phase for a short period of time.

I am on the 17 day diet and I have lost 2 1/2 inches off my waist, I finished the 17th day of the Accelerate phase but I also had one day like every weekend where I cheated a little bit. I was wondering if it was ok to go longer on the Accelerate phase? Like I want to go for another month. Has anyone else tried this?
