Good Morning
today is Day 5 of the 17 day diet
i need to add exercise ths week.

at tops we have a challenge and one of the point system is no eating after 7pm so i been good with that.
need to work more on the exercise today.

Good Morning

doing ok didnt eat supper as picked sister up and then too late as working on not eating after 7 so scale should go down today. I will be taking mom to doctor today maybe i can sneak in to exercise at curves as didnt yesterday as planed as plane came earlier than i thought
anyways off to a new day tomorrow is my official weight in cant weight as my scale is down.



doing good on 17 day diet just need to get my exercise in

17- DAY DIET I MADE MENU SO I INTEND TO FOLLOW IT OR MAKE SMART SUBSTITUTION
17 MIN EXERCISE TWICE A DAY 3-4 DAYS A WEEK ALSO PLAN TO GET TO CURVES AND GO BOWLING OR , SWIMMING OTHERWISE IT WILL BE A DVD
I PLAN ON ORGANIZING 17 MIN TWICE A DAY
SPEND ME TIME FOR 17 MINUTES A DAY
JOURNAL 17 MINUTES
DRINK 17 OZ 4 X A DAY EQUALS OUT TO 68 OZ
