This is just an amazing thing that you have accomplished!! As for the stubborn last 20, I've read many people across these message boards say that eating toward the TOP of their calorie range has helped them break through plateaus and get things moving again. Maybe think about experimenting a bit with your calorie intake? No matter what, be SO PROUD of what you've accomplished!!

I started losing weight in January 2010 and have since lost 162 lbs. I haven't actually lost any weight in a few months, but I've maintained, which is great in my book! I've been working out a lot and molding my new body, something that is an ongoing process and I feel is working...slowly. I became a vegetarian in July 2008 but didn't experience any weight loss until I transitioned to being a vegan in January 2010. I couldn't be happier with this lifestyle change and know that it's for life. My only issue is that I would like to lose another 20 lbs and I haven't been able to. No matter how much I work out, I can't lose more. I don't really think that there's anything I can do food-wise. I've cut out everything that I can and I don't intake many calories. I feel like I'm stuck. Never the less, I'm proud of where I am and that I was able to accomplish this without surgery, something that not even my own family believed I could do. =]
