Great job! I can't remember the exact study, but they found women who lost weight and got below 200 pounds were very likely to keep their weight below 200 pounds. That's my goal. We are at about the same weight.
What is most important is that you are enjoying yourself and you have improved your health. That is pure gold!

I cannot believe how close I am to being under 200 lbs.! It hasn't been since 2007 that I was under 200. My highest ever was 260 and seeing myself getting smaller wasn't always there for me. A friend said the other day I am looking skinny, I see me going back to being not just smaller but more confident and healthier looking than ever before. I still cant believe I have lost 45 lbs. I know I made a lot of small changes slowly, I didn't expect much too happen though, if anything. I am really excited to see where more changes and enjoying being healthy goes. I finally feel like I am not on a diet, I enjoy what I am doing and that feeling is amazing.
