DONSAN1960, kudos on the weight loss number. Here's some sage advice from me, a Sparkpeople Devotee:
Do not deviate from the Nutrition Tracker bottom line ranges for calories, carbs, fats, and proteins. Also, do an official Sparkpeople Bootcamp Challenge (28 Day or Spring into Shape or New You) as a part of every single day. When you have finished one (each is a month long and extremely do-able), do the other for a month. In other words, alternate bootcamps. I've been doing that since May 2011 and the results are real, remarkable, and downright head-turning.
My point on the bootcamps is this: I recommend them because, for me, they provide a structure, a discipline that I can "go to" instead of invent. If I need to invent the way, it ain't gonna happen. That's why I love Sparkpeople so much. It does the thinking for me. I just gotta do the work. Except, it's not work anymore, it's a new life.
