I maintain my weight on 1350 to 1550 calories per day, with exercise. My exercise is walking up to an hour a day, stationary bike 40-50 minutes 3 times a week and yoga 3 to 4 times a week. I didn't realize that there was actually a 1500 calorie diet regime.. I'll have to look it up. I use the spark guidelines.. 50% carbs, 20% protein and 30% fat and the food tracker calculates everything for me.
Take a few minutes and make up a sparkpage making it public allowing members to post a message to you on it
Also remember to participate as often as possible on all the groups you have joined - lots of encouragement when you do

Hi gang, just recently joined, at the mo =. i use the treadmill for half hour a day and trying the 1500 cals a day diet, i looked on the web and it appears to be well documented. Hope to lose about 1-2 pounds a week realistically, Anyone elese on a similar calorie diet. Take care and hope to hear from you.
