I have it in my head to purchase a bag of 15 bean Soup Dry beans this weekend and make something creative in the crock pot. I have some curry paste and chicken and want to work with those two ingredients as well. Any ideas on what else to purchase and how to enhance the experience? Thanks much!
The bag yields 16 servings: 120 calories / 0.5 g Fat / 8 g Protein / 9 g Fiber per 1/2 cup. I definitely have to split the amount and make more another time.
