You seem to be losing weight, maybe not as fast as you want but it's still a loss. My bootcamp teacher is a HUGE believer in fast squats, many of them....they are easier on my knees than lunges and I find that knocking out some at home. 30-40 while I'm waiting for my coffee to brew, the dishwasher to finish a cycle etc has resulted in my butt being smaller, tigher and higher...my version o a win if you will. Hello! I would like to join your challenge! I'm in a similar boat...Only I'm pretty much back where I started 5 years ago when I originally joined Spark People! UGH. So now, seeing unflattering pics, and realizing I let myself slide back into old habits...I need to kick myself in the rear and drop those pounds back off! My kids are out for summer now, and usually that translates into the workouts diminishing, and eating habits go to the wayside, so I am hoping joining you in this challenge will keep me motivated and challenge me to get outside! So thank you! And I look forward to the next 14 weeks! :)
Are we just posting weekly weights? Or do you want to do some sort of daily mini challenges we post to keep motivated on a daily basis? I'm up for whatever, I plan on using the meal planner and posting calories daily, so I wouldn't mind posting here daily too!
