You seem to be losing weight, maybe not as fast as you want but it's still a loss. My bootcamp teacher is a HUGE believer in fast squats, many of them....they are easier on my knees than lunges and I find that knocking out some at home. 30-40 while I'm waiting for my coffee to brew, the dishwasher to finish a cycle etc has resulted in my butt being smaller, tigher and higher...my version o a win if you will. I need a total makeover!!!! My picture that inspired this challenge is still bugging me. I need a slimmer and more toned body, a tan, better clothes, do something with my hair!!!! Dang!

Daily Challenge-Yes! Sorry haven't posted till now. I have done M, T, W, and Today's Butt Blasters! :)

SO... I will post tomorrow after I complete the Friday butt exercise. Hope you are having a fab week!

I also am dusting off my Total Body Sculpt with Gilad DVD's. Love Gilad! He helped me loose the weight the first time around, so here's to round two! Lol.

Today's DVD: Butt, Quads, Chest and Abs-Aprox. 23 min.

PS--Had to laugh, as I'm doing these exercises the kids were doing along with me, and they were cracking up at the cardio kicks. KIDS! lol Have to make fun of everything...

Hello! I would like to join your challenge! I'm in a similar boat...Only I'm pretty much back where I started 5 years ago when I originally joined Spark People! UGH. So now, seeing unflattering pics, and realizing I let myself slide back into old habits...I need to kick myself in the rear and drop those pounds back off!
My kids are out for summer now, and usually that translates into the workouts diminishing, and eating habits go to the wayside, so I am hoping joining you in this challenge will keep me motivated and challenge me to get outside!
So thank you! And I look forward to the next 14 weeks! :)

Are we just posting weekly weights? Or do you want to do some sort of daily mini challenges we post to keep motivated on a daily basis? I'm up for whatever, I plan on using the meal planner and posting calories daily, so I wouldn't mind posting here daily too!

I have been losing weight rather consistently - a pound or so a week - for the last couple of months. Over the last few weeks I put a few of those pounds back on.

I went camping this weekend and ate like a camper - hot dogs, smores, hamburgers, snack cakes, chips...all terrible. I did get in a lot of exercise.

Apparently not enough...

3 events sparked this challenge for me.

1. I saw a picture of my butt on facebook. Oh man, it's out of control.

2. This morning I stepped on the scales and my weight went up instead of down - up to the tune of 5 pounds.

3. I'm planning a b-day treat vacation in the fall and want my vacation pictures to be better than the camping pictures that are slowly surfacing on facebook.


So I'm setting a goal for myself to lose 2 pounds a week for the next 14 weeks. In addition to healthier eating and exercise - I'm targeting my back side.

I found a link on SparkPeople that targets the butt. I am committing to do this set of exercises 5 minutes a day each day as outlined in the linked article.

So that's it. 28 Pounds in 14 Weeks.

I would love for you to join me on my journey. I'm sure I'll want to give up at times and have slow weeks. I'll need support. And I will gladly offer support to those in need.
