After having my first baby last year, I gained a lot from having some injuries. It's been slow to get my weight down and fitness back. Now I've lost 13lbs, 3.5" off my waist, 3" off my hips and 1.5" off my thighs and all my clothes are fitting again! It feels great and although it's only about 1lb lost a week, it's all in the right direction. It feels like I've lost a lot of fat and gained muscle, so my weight loss has been slower partly due to that.
Hope to make it to my goal by spring!
