I usually eat 1300-1400 calories (this weekend is an exception). So breakfast is usually oatmeal or a smoothie. Lunch and dinner are usually a big pile of veggies with some grains (sometimes a recipe, sometimes something I made up). Last week, I had a lot of stuffed eggplant, corn and bean tostadas, tabbouleh with broccoli, etc. If you're worried that you'll feel hungry on 1300, just make sure a lot of that is fruits/veggies (by a lot, I mean maybe half or more). You'll feel plenty full and satisfied!
