You are right, I dont work out till exhaustion. My hour workout includes one day doing Zumba, Spinning, just cardio, or strength and cardio...and the saucer is not full of bird seed, lol. I eat whatever I want just smaller portions 5-6 times a day. I do plan to start the 30 day shred in Feb. Im hoping to go from 215 to 199 by March

Don't overdo your exercise or you are really opening yourself up to injury due to overuse, overstress on the limbs.

Man I couldn't do the saucer thing though....impressive

I make sure I work out 6 days a week for 1hr each day. I have increased my water intake and I eat off a saucer verses a plate and it has been helpful so far.
