You are right, I dont work out till exhaustion. My hour workout includes one day doing Zumba, Spinning, just cardio, or strength and cardio...and the saucer is not full of bird seed, lol. I eat whatever I want just smaller portions 5-6 times a day. I do plan to start the 30 day shred in Feb. Im hoping to go from 215 to 199 by March .

Don't overdo your exercise or you are really opening yourself up to injury due to overuse, overstress on the limbs.
Man I couldn't do the saucer thing though....impressive
