How often have you wished you could find something to help you with your "stick-to-it-ness"? Have you found that you LOVE Sparkpeople, but have just hit a lull and need a little extra something?
This 12 week challenge places you on a team with approx. 30 other members who are all working toward the same goal - to lose weight! By setting a 12 week goal, and weighing in each week, you make a COMMITMENT to yourself to DO something. At the same time, you socialize and make lifelong friends who will help you on your journey after your 12 weeks are over.
This challenge is tried and true. This is our 21st round and our 5th year. We have lost THOUSANDS of pounds together. There are a wide variety of groups, personalities and commitment levels - and you get to choose 3 that you like best. When you use the link below, you will visit a thread to read about each team, and then sign-up via survey and list 3 teams! Make sure to read the rules, they aren't too heavy, but we DO expect a commitment. We promise that if you put in the time, you WILL lose the weight. Starts Jan. 16th, Training is NOW!
