Doing very well with diet and exercise. Joined Biggest Loser at work and won star for first week biggest loss at 7.4lbs. Worried when 4 days ago when scale was not showing much more progress. But went to weigh in Thursday morning and yay! down 3.6lbs for a total of 11lbs! More motivated than ever!!!
