One of the recipes linked in the 11 Healthy Fall Comfort Foods slideshow is the Autumn's Hearty Low-Fat 3 Bean Chili recipes.sparkpeople.com/recipe-detail.asp?
recipe=887102
which does have a sodium listing for one serving as 427.8 mg. Perhaps someone else is talking about a different recipe?

It might be dependent on the type of beans you use. I always buy the low sodium ones.

I haven't read the recipe though, so I'm not sure.

on the front page it talked about 11 Healthy Fall Comfort Foods.i'm new to all of this counting cals and sodium intake and such. I read the The Black Bean Chili recipe and it says 427.8 mg per serving yet someone says it's 1,258.5 mg of sodium in one serving. am i reading it wrong.
