One of the recipes linked in the 11 Healthy Fall Comfort Foods slideshow is the Autumn's Hearty Low-Fat 3 Bean Chili recipes.sparkpeople.com/recipe-detail.asp?
recipe=887102
which does have a sodium listing for one serving as 427.8 mg. Perhaps someone else is talking about a different recipe?

It might be dependent on the type of beans you use. I always buy the low sodium ones.

I haven't read the recipe though, so I'm not sure.

Good luck with your new, healthy lifestyle! :)
