Hope you are feeling better today. Broke my ankle a couple years ago and have a hard time getting to 10K. It tightens up when sitting and takes about 100 steps to loosen up.

Well I am not good at this blog stuff so forgive me. I was out last night walking a hyper Australian sheep dog/border collie mix she does not know how to walk.
My foot tripped in a whole in the yard I fell against the house skinned my knee all up and the dog took off. Luckily I was talking to her while trying to get up and by the time I did she was waiting for me by the front door. I would hate to tell my nephew I lost his dog.
I go to the doctor tomorrow to see if I fractured my ankle/foot. If I did it will be a long time until I can get 10K steps. Be careful when walking the dog. It is easy to break something if you are over 50.
