Congratulations! I know you must feel GREAT!!! Keep up the good work - not sure how far you are going, but if you have reached your goal, congrats. If you are still working towards it, keep up what you have been doing, because it sure has worked for you! Keep your spark burning!

Just wanted to say hello! I'm new here and I wanted to share my success story with all of you! :) Being overweight was normal for me throughout most of my life But I knew it wasnt something i was going to live with forever! This year on New Years i had told myself that this was my year to shine! So i decided i needed to change my life! It took me a little while to get the courage to ask for help. My cousin had moved back home from school which he studied as a Personal trainer/ Strength coach. It took me about 3 weeks to actually push that send button on a message to him asking for help.. lol Little did i know what i was getting into.. haha on February 28th 2011 I started working out with him 3 times a week and changed my diet. It worked i lost 7 pounds my first week, and my weight kept dropping week after week! I had made little goals along the way, my first was to lose 20 pounds by my birthday which was April 21st and i had reached that goal plus 2 pounds! So a result of Hardwork, dedication, and sacrifices i have lost 84 pounds since February :) and a total of 104 since my highest weight recorded in 2009. This has been a crazy awesome expirence! Never did i think i could do this, until i had put my mind to it and stuck with it! It definitely was a huge mental test!
Just remember: Never underestimate yourself, you might just be surprised of what you can achieve :)
