great job.

the rocky road before you now will lead you to a rainbow.

happy are those who dream dreams and are ready to pay the price to make them come true.

almost anything in life is easier to get into than out of.

a diamond is a piece of coal that stuck to the job.

sow an act and you reap a habit. sow a habit and you reap a character. sow a character and you reap a destiny.

Well done!

The reasonable man adapts himself to the world; the unreasonable one persists in trying to adapt the world to himself. Therefore all progress depends on the unreasonable man.

“When you're a beautiful person on the inside, there is nothing in the world that can change that about you. Jealousy is the result of one's lack of self-confidence, self-worth, and self-acceptance.

The Lesson: If you can't accept yourself, then certainly no one else will.”

I am here to share my story.
I was 21 years old and 274 lbs!
I was dying, everyday while raising a beautiful 8 month old little boy.

It took someone really close to me to say, Where is Deja?
I looked in the mirror and said, enough is enough.
I was ready for a change.

No more pain, physical stress, and bouts of depression.

Here I stand still losing,

Changing my life for good.
