To be honest, my heart is actually pounding. I can't describe the feeling of accomplishment.
Sure, I'm going to move the goalpost again. I always planned on getting to 190 and then staying under 200. 190 being completely naked, in the morning, on a day that I'm probably generally a little underhydrated. I'd like to actually be 185 under those condition and be able to get on the scale with clothes on within recent memory of a meal and weigh 190. But I'm hoping to attain that by a longterm goal of staying under 200. Being that I'm pretty aggressive about meeting goals and always looking to "do one better", I'll get there.
I don't really intend on changing too much. It's taken me quite awhile to lose the last 6-8 lbs. Some of that was holidays, super bowls, valentines and such, but the line kept moving. Slowly. I figure it'll go a little further.
But the scale doesn't lie and I weighed myself under the same approximate conditions I'd been using all along.
Whew. I just...I'm just...well...satisfied.
