Oh yeah weekends to. Why stop? Aren't we here for a reason? Just think of how your abs are going to look when you are done.

Let me ask you guys a question-are we going to do this on the weekends as well? the only reason I ask is because my weekends are always crazy busy, and if I know that we're striving to do it on the weekends, I'm more apt to just suck it up and do it.

Well, it kicks your butt. My thighs and arms are dying today. But I can't stop now. I joined a challenge and I need to 50 minutes of cardio a day and another challenge to loose 24 pounds by Sept 24th. I am so pumped up right now it's crazy.

I have a baseball game to go to tonight, so I just have to watch what I eat.

Phew! Just did the 100 crucnches took me 15 mins but I am glad I did them cause it makes me feel better.

Used to do 100 without a problem cause I had done martial arts but now I have given it up I struggle to do 10!

Welcome, LittleFroggling! Today was my first day, too. And wow! The few that I was doing on my strength training days didn't do diddly! I can't wait to see my abs!

Well, did 200 again yesterday. And man do I hurt. Today I will probably only do 100, I think I pushed my self too hard yeasterday with all of the crunches and my cardio and I made my self sick.

wow! 100 a day sounds tough - right now i do 30 on my strength training days, which means 3 times a week. but i read the thread, and seeing how hard everyone is working has really motivated me to give it a go! what's the worse that can happen, i'll see my abs? emoticon count me in too, ladies!!!

Whew! Well I did my 100 for today! What a workout. In between sets of 20 I did a round of leg lifts and push ups and things like that. So I was constantly moving! But I can tell that I'm going to feel it tomorrow!

i do that too bsmotts. . . 5 sets of 20 seems to work really well.. . i find it takes me about 20 minutes

It doesn't take more than 15 to 20 minutes, at the max 30. I do 5 sets of 20, so that way if I need to take a breather in between I don't forget where I was.

Would you guys mind if I joined in? I usually do 15 a day, but I think this is going to be a great challenge. Plus, it'll get my middle in shape a whole lot quicker than just 15!

Well, I got my 100 in last night and I've already done the 100 for today. After my 3 mile walk tonight I going to try to get in another 100. I am really wanting to push myself right now.

welcome to the group bsmotts. . .i used to have a swiss ball (i'm not sure what happened to it) but i remember it was very difficult to do it on the ball. . . once doing crunches on the floor gets a little bit easier, i'm going to get another swiss ball and start doing it on there. . .but for now it's all i can do to accomplish 100 on the floor

I would like to join. I do my crunches on a swiss ball and after just 10 I am feeling the pain, but on my strenght training days I do 30. So doing 100 would be a a great challenge and hopefully it should show more results than I am getting as of now.

I am in with you girl! 100 crunches per day. I have to make sure my form is right.

I used to work with a girl that did 100 crunches per day and her abs were to DIE for. I can't wait to see abs on my body. I had them, very slightly, once in college and have never seen then since. I want defined abs, a real six pack.
