hIi i would love to join this challenge even though march is partly gone.I have lost 7lbs in feb and 2lbs in march so far so i would like to lose another 6 to 8lbs in march before easter!

so, I don't go to a gym. I have equipment at home that we use. I do walking/running on the treadmill, walk the kids to and from school most days, walk the dog... What kinds of things do you do at home other than gym time? I just figure that if you don't have time for a gym on a day, is there maybe somethings you can do at home?

Yesterday I did get to gym and do plan on going today too.
rained yesterday so was yucky for a walk anyway I will see what weather entails if go for walk with son. I need to go grocery shopping today. I need to revam my menu and get adjusted to the time change too. wednesday comes fast so need to work at making the scale going down.

Ran a race this morning. Sounds crazy, but I have a hard time losing weight around races. I have to eat more to get ready. Anyway, I'll eat a bit more for a few days to aid recovery then it's time to lose some weight. The scale usually reacts nicely about a week after a good hard race. We'll see in about a week.

anyways we walked to town yesterday ate subway and walked home
he sure had fun jumping in puddles lol
anyways today a new day i plan on getting to gym or curves

I've lost 1.5lbs this week (Fridays are my weigh in days)

Next week I hope to reach my goal of walking 5 miles/week

Nice swim with my daughter today. Not losing weight because I'm getting ready for a race this weekend. After next Monday or Tuesday (recovery) it's back to business on losing weight.

Just got back from an 11 mile bike ride outside. Wasn't on the training schedule, but such a nice day! I had to get out and enjoy it. Going for a short run later. Things are really coming around on the training.

Today is curves day. I plan on going there while son is at school. not sure about weather was going to walk too but it snowed last night so those plans may not suceed. need to take son to do something to help him lose weight too.

Had to eat extra calories for a few days. I ran out of energy on a run Saturday BAD.

I'm up about 3 lbs from eating this weekend, but it will come off quickly. I think it's mainly water weight. My home scale Body Fat % guess was down about 2%. That's big, and usually points to water!

I knew I would gain a few pounds, but I'm training for several races. You have to have energy to train. I have to train to lose weight. It'll all work out!

Today taking son to ortho to get braces off I will get to gym and follow my food plan
will weigh myself before getting dress I did get to gym yesterday though. so 2 more days till my tops weigh in. I may not make ten pounds but I will get close.

Good Morning

went to curves yesterday also plan to go today
also plan to use the 30 day trail at snap fitness
tomorrow will do the same
tomorrow is my weigh in so will do snap fitness in am and curves in the pm
thursday not sure
friday need to get reaquinted with dvd or wii

february almost over hope that means spring is closer for I want to start a walking group

one thing i like to do is a 5k. not sure if this is the year but i plan on doing sometime.

I will give it a go as i have a big celebration on March 17th that I am shooting to lose 5-10 pounds for...so as of this morning, 2/17 I weigh 181
My ultimate Goal weight is 165 (give or take for lean muscle allowance)
so by march 31st i would like to weigh 170-175
exercise for the week would be getting in a total run mileage of 12-15
completing the next 7 days of the Supreme 90 Day challenge
and any other cardio I throw into the mix.

I am headed to Cuba on April 2nd and had set a 15 lbs weight loss back at the end of Janaury. I have 3 lbls of that gone with 12 lbs to go. I started a 30 day challenge of Shred it with weights (Jillian Michaels kettlebell routine) and am incorporating more fruits and vegetables into my diet.
