I worked on my treadmill yesterday and the day before, but today while I was dustmopping the floor I stubbed my little toe on a piece of furniture....okay...I was cleaning while stocking foot...anyway...OUCH! I think I broke my little toe! It is swollen and very very tender. So....needless to say...the only exercise I got today was when I took the dog for a short walk...about 10 minutes...it was in the 20's today....and once he stopped to go to the bathroom....we cleaned up and came home! I will attempt some chair exercises later...those videos here are great!

I'm starting small; having not exercised on purpose in a LONG time. 10 minutes is very doable. And fun!
