I gotta say that if it weren't for that initial large weight loss, the first few weeks adjusting to the healthy changes would be real hard to continue. Good for you. Enjoy but get prepared for the losses to slow 'way down.

Congrats on your results. What it is that you said you were using? I've never heard of it.
Lost already! I started tracking on here around day 4 of my weight loss journey. I was down to 198 at that point. I started Lipofuze the following day. I feel fantastic already..but I'm still a while away from my goal!
Getting rid of that baby weight...PLUS SOME!
