I gotta say that if it weren't for that initial large weight loss, the first few weeks adjusting to the healthy changes would be real hard to continue. Good for you. Enjoy but get prepared for the losses to slow 'way down.

thats a good start! But remember that the weight will come of much slower after the first initial weeks. I ten to lose .5-1.5 pounds a week.

Wow. Just be careful. It feels exciting when the weight comes off fast, but slow and steady is the way to develop a healthy eating and exercise plan that you can stick with for life.

The first weight you lose can also be partially water weight, but that's ok, because 10lbs. every ten days is probably not sustainable.

Lost already! I started tracking on here around day 4 of my weight loss journey. I was down to 198 at that point. I started Lipofuze the following day. I feel fantastic already..but I'm still a while away from my goal!
