I am still battling my weight, this is a war I refuse to lose because losing means being obese, unhappy, and possibly death. I don't want to get too serious but that's the honest truth. I recently ran into an old friend of mine who used to be as overweight as me. She lost 60 pounds in three months by using green smoothies. She initially lost 32 pounds in the first month. I, of course, am totally jealous. Then I start researching green smoothies and read nothing but good things about them. I have finally decided to try a ten day green smoothie challenge. I want to use green smoothies because they're yummy( I have made plenty) and it will allow me to see results very quickly. Everyone knows results only means more motivation. I was wondering if anyone wanted to join me on this ten day challenge, we will start 9/19/2011 and end 9/29/2011. Most people lose between 14-20 pounds in 10 days.
