Holy cow. Just got it yesterday to help supplement my gym workouts. Did cardio and was dripping sweat! I sweat more in those 10 min than it takes me to sweat on a machine for an hour! It was definitely tough. I also did the lower body workout. It seriously hurts to move today. There were lots of squats in the workout. I enjoyed it and will do it again when I can move without wincing.

I do it and really like how I feel and have seen some nice results in my muscle definition (especially the abs), I do my treadmill for 30-45minutes and then finish with my 10 minute trainer, on days I can't fit my treadmill in, its great to just have my 10 minute workout.

I did the program awhile back and really enjoyed it. I did it for 30-40 mins a day, and could definitely tell a difference within the first week. The only reason I quit doing it was because I joined a gym and replaced it with Zumba. I think it's definitely worth the money, though!
Like a lot of people I'm extremely busy. Finding time to workout is a challenge and between working 2 jobs (full and part time) and going to school and having a social life something has got to give. I saw the infomercial for 10 minute trainer and even I could find 10 minutes but don't want to spend the money if it's not worth it. There are days that I could do more and I will still continue to do what I can now, but was wondering if anyone had tried it and could give me their opinion.
