Well I figured this board would be the best to post this, to help motivate everyone here!
1 year ago today, I weighed 319 lbs. I said enough is enough, its time to try all I can to lose weight. I only ever tried once before, but this time I was going to go through with it.
So on the first day I just tried drinking water, eating less, having vegetables with dinner and take a walk and try to do jogging spurts, I was hoping just to see the scale go under 300 pounds (hell, that would mean regular scales could weigh me again finally) which I havent seen in years. My goal would then go to 250, then 219 (100 pounds lost), 200 then my final goal was 180, which I would reach in July.
I weigh myself today and it says 165 pounds, so remember ANYTHING is possible! Set goals and not only reach it but go BEYOND it!
Also since reaching 180 I have enjoyed some stuff as a treat I didn't have the whole time I was losing. But there are still things I have not touched at all in 1 year and those are:
Soda, Iced Tea, Juice (i have only drank water), Hot/Lean Pockets, Lean Cuisine, McDonalds, Wendys, Burger King (and any other fast food place, well except for subway).
