This is definitely a Woo-Hoo but the actual calories burned part maybe you ought to post on the exercise Message Board so someone with a lot of knowledge in that area can reply! In the meantime, keep on riding!

hey you guys, I've been going a full hour at a moderate speed of about 12mph on my bike. When I'm done, I look like I just took a dip in the swimming pool. I'm so proud of me self!
I was looking online as to how many calories i'm burning. My little 3 year old son, (we call him brascal, combination of brat and rascal,lol!) broke my little screen that told calories burned and all that good stuff. Anyway, some sites said about 400 calories and some said 800 calories. I'm confused. Help!
