I'm putting a recipe thru the builder, and I *think* that when SP lists "lentils" as an ingredient, they are referring to cooked lentils.

I need to put in 1 cup of dried lentils and I'm having trouble finding how much 1 cup dried equals when cooked or alternatively the nutritional information for 1 cup cooked.

thanks!
