*1 Step To 1 Goal @ a Time* Last night was the 1st night it seems in many where I had no junk food right b4 going to sleep nor did I wake up craving potato chips. I know this because there are no potato chip crumbs in or near my bed. I believe in 1 step @ a time. the 1st week of a starvation diet any diet that works for me is starvation lol.. Anyways the 1st few dieting days is always the most torture. I eat some fruit for the past few days for lunch and that's it. I find if I am out n about running errands and keeping busy my focus isn't on eating so much. When I'm home thinking too much and stressing I eat to cope. Keep busy and think positive.
