A half-cup of cooked beans will be under 100 calories, and a half-cup of cooked pasta will be around 100 calories or a little bit more. So if the nutrition information is around that, then it is for cooked. If the nutrition information is double that, then it's for uncooked.
Yes, sometimes the descriptions leave a little to be desired - it is nice when it says "half cup canned/drained" or "100 grams dry/uncooked", but sometimes we are left guessing!

in my nutrition tracker 0.5 cub of beans or pasta .... does it mean 0.5 cub of dry beans or cooked beans ,as it expand after cooking.
