Don't lose heart.

Sometimes we get really excited and then when the challenge starts we can feel like it is too much and if you do not accomplish everything and by the book we fail..

NOT TRUE... Each day all we can do is take that day and do our best.

Many of us may find that due to life and the punches it can throw, we may not be able to accomplish that calendar day of fitness or food challenge.?.

That's okay! emoticon

We can find victory during the hard days even if it's just in our attitude!

On the hard days make up your mind to SPEAK and THINK Good Thoughts and find something Positive to focus on.

Let's say we didn't get in the fitness or food challenge.

We can then share "At least I didn't go through a drive through. I did this or that instead."

That's a VICTORY!

Or... "I didn't get in the fitness, but I'm aware of the changes I'm making and I have the mindset to do better tomorrow and I may even find some extra ways to exercise more."

VICTORY!

We Will Reach the Finish Line Together!

Please DO NOT click on the Spark Points as well until we are doing each day of the Skinny Jeans Challenge! (Starting Nov. 1st!)

Tips on How to Plan Ahead: For example..What I have done:

I took some paper and jotted down tips/foods/snacks and meals that will be needed (like a mini grocery list) from the Skinny Jeans calendar! You can click on each day without starting the plan or taking the spark points. (remember, we want to do that together as a team!) emoticon

I also Marked my Calendar at home to visit the store with my list BEFORE Nov. 1st so there are no excuses to not start on time.

On the days that mention certain work outs to accomplish, I jotted down the things I have on dvd in case I do not want to do them from computer. (or for like those of you that have gym memberships, you can jot down the method they are doing for the day and do those things at the gym.)

So, Check out the challenge and make your own notes/plans!
