Tips on How to Plan Ahead: For example..What I have done:
I took some paper and jotted down tips/foods/snacks and meals that will be needed (like a mini grocery list) from the Skinny Jeans calendar! You can click on each day without starting the plan or taking the spark points. (remember, we want to do that together as a team!)
I also Marked my Calendar at home to visit the store with my list BEFORE Nov. 1st so there are no excuses to not start on time.
On the days that mention certain work outs to accomplish, I jotted down the things I have on dvd in case I do not want to do them from computer. (or for like those of you that have gym memberships, you can jot down the method they are doing for the day and do those things at the gym.)
