it's overcast and unseasonably cool here, and maybe I just wanted some comfort food -

tomato soup with a muenster cheese melt

I went a LITTLE more adult - Progresso soup (not Campbell's) and my 'grilled cheese' was muenster on a FlatOut flax wrap

it sure was good!

I love breakfast! I usually have a banana and yogurt but not always. I'll keep in mind about high protein to start the day.

High Protein fill ya up breakfast!!
My doctor says for me to eat high protein for breakfast to get my metabolism going! She also says I need to eat within 3hours of waking! I feel wonderful!


Arnold Real Jewish Rye Seedless - Melba Thin Bread, 1 slice
Peppers, sweet, red, fresh, 0.25 cup, chopped
Cheese Slices-Kraft fat free-(1 slice), 1 serving
EGG WHITES (100% liquid egg whites), 2 serving
Imperial margerine 2 tsp or 10g, 1 tsp
Butterball Turkey Sausage - 2 links, 1 serving
Mushrooms, canned, 0.25 cup
Milk Reduced Fat Milk 2% Great Value , 0.5 serving
