I'd like to join! I plan on reaching my goal by the middle of next April, but this should help me stay on track for this summer, and ensure that I stay at my goal weight until the beginning of next summer. Are there any mini-goals set up for June? We'll do it!!!

Hi JENOECU77, I am glad to have someone join me on this long journey. Next summer we will look great! I like to walk. That is what I do right now. I use to run and it is my goal to get back to that point.

That sounds great! That what keeps me going through the summer, knowing that I am losing weight every week and one day will fit back into a tiny bikini! I do need some help, what does everyone do for exercise? I have about an hour and a half in the morning to do something, but would like some ideas! I need to get motivated to get up early in the mroning to do this though! Good luck to everyone and lets make this summer great!!!

Summer is around the corner. I have a lot of weight to lose and I know that this summer I will still weigh a LOT. That is ok though. Because I will be getting thinner EVERY week this summer.
I am challenging myself to reach my goal weight by the beginning of next summer, June 21, 2008.
I would love to have others join me who would like some buddies to go the distance with. We can create mini challenges for ourselves along the way to keep us going the distance.
