I'm a bit late reporting in, but I had a big attack of the "I don't cares" at the end of last week.
My calorie range is between 1950 and 2300 carlories each day to maintain. I'm only tracking five days this weeks, so I'd like to average below 2100 for the days I track.
5/27: no tracking 5/28: 2055 5/29: 2026 - not leaving myself much room for error! 5/30: 2297 5/31: 2350 6/1: 2191 6/2: no tracking
Weekly Average: 2184

Submit - go to "My Tools" and check out the Nutrition tracker. It is quite easy to use, but there is a "how do I use this page" button that you can read as well. Do the same for the Fitness tracker. These tools are the best part of SP - You will love it!
