I have been stuck for a few years now :( I'm climbing back up now. On Friday I was 145 now Tuesday I am 148. I am hitting the gym again but its getting hard. Agh this can be really frustrating!

Hey Angela ... yes I was really discouraged ...but this past weekend on Saturday .. I weighed in at 145 ... down 4 pounds .... so it was worth me staying on track ... I have 5 more pounds to go ....

You have been stuck for two weeks and still staying on diet?? That freaks me out...how does that happen...I am back down today but I can not understand how that happens?!?! How can your body hold that much water!?!? And as far as being stuck...How can you be eating less and not losing...I am going to have to study some dietetics and figure this out...
Makes me feel better to know I am not the only one!!! Thanks!!!!

I haven't gained like that but I do cardio and crunches 5 days a week and do not go over my calories and I have been stuck at 149 for going on 2 weeks... I really hope to drop by Saturday.

Did you lose the three pounds quickly? I will try to up my workout...anything has to be better than gaining for no reason!!

Hi Angela, I haven't done it, but I was stuck for about 3 weeks not losing, so I bumped up my weights and my resistance on the cardio and lost 3 pounds...Maybe you need to change things...Best of Luck

I have been dieting since Ash wednesday(4 weeks??) and I was going down at first 238-235-232-230 I was at 230 for a about a week and got sick for a week. Got down to 227. And all of a sudden I jumped up to 236! I might have had a few days bad (a little over 2000 cals)But the rest of the days have been at about 1500 + or-. I have a water retention problem so I can lose 4 pounds in 8 hours (where the @#$% does that go??) Now I am stuck at 235... and have been doing perfect (1200-1500 cals) for about 4 days. How can you gain that much weight and not go over your "maintain level"?? This is driving me crazy!!! I know, keep going...oh pooh...when you gain 6 pounds over a weekend when you were still "sorta" being good it is maddening!! I thought you had to eat 3,500 cals more to gain a pound????
Anyone else out there done this??
