Ugh I went way over on my calories yesterday! and today I might not be able to get enough! crazy... I will try to remember to weigh myself on Monday and keep doing it consistently that day each week. Maybe I should just do it everyday so I remember to do it! I hope I see a number close to 146 on Monday!!

I'm not sure what I was smoking the last time I posted because I definately will not be making it down to between 134-136 pounds by Memorial Day, May 28th. I'm at 148 right now. My goal is to be around 140 by Memorial day. So hopefulyl when I weigh-in next Monday I'll be close to 146! Let's try this again...

Finally got a chance to log been busy at work and a mini vacation. Still doing great and planning to make my goal!!
I have changed my weight in day to Sunday! so my dates are a bit off but still going strong here! I am beginning to believe I will make it to my goal

Robin- 1lb loss is a good thing! You worked out hard this last week and it will reflect with your weight, just give your body time to adjust.

Well, I am moving in the right direction. The tools offered by SparkPeople are very helpful and extremely motivating. This week I want to focus on exercise and be more consistent in that area. Today I added 40 min. of cardio so that is a good start.

I was in calorie range every day, Drank 8 cups of water every day, ate more than 5 fruits/veggies every day, and worked out at least 30 minutes every day. I am rewarded with a .2 pound loss. It was not a happy morning.

Ok. I'll join. As of Thursday (my weigh in days) I was 165. I want to be 155 by Memorial Day (I'll actually weigh in the Thursday before).
I've been having motivation problems. But since the pool opens on memorial day and I want to feel comfortable in my bathing suit, here goes!
