I have done this one three times before - the first time I did the full 7 days, the second time I did 5 days and the last time I did it for 3 days. Even 3 days was a huge help for me to feel better.
A friend of mine just sent me this link for a new exercise routine -she used it to break through her plateau - she followed the exercises and tried the intervals for 3 weeks - and said she lost 2 inches off her waist!
I would love to do this, I have hit a plateau so maybe this would help?!?!?

I'm starting the Healthy detox from Martha Stewart's Web site - just for a little cleanse this week. I want to get back to Basics for the week and I do this cleanse every now and then. It's really gradual, but feels so good by Day 7. Anyone want to join me and post?
