| Right now, I'm just doing walking. I have a walk away the pounds tape and I really love doing it. I can do it any time at home. I tried to join a gym but it was a waste of money for me. I got to go once in a month. As far as strengh training, I do 3 exercises that I found on this site at home 3 times a week.

| What kind of excercises do you do? I could do with a little challenge myself, my strength training is really lacking consistency...

Anybody else looking for a challenge? I don't care what it is. I have just found myself in a rut. I do good diet wise most of the time. I have to force myself to drink water and exercise. I feel like if I was being challenged in some way- it would be more fun to do the exercise thing. Teresa
