Andy, I eat fruit. Under the calorie quidelines in the food tracker you can eat a WHOLE medium cantaloupe and only use up around 150 calories, and it will last with you!! Just what kinds of fruits you eat. apples are VERY high in carbs as are oranges, it's natural sugar but it'll blow your carbs ranges. HTH!

HI Everyone,
I've only been on sparkpeople.com for a little while. I am finding that a couple times during the day I get really hungry. Is there a healthy low calorie, low fat, snack to keep me full?
