Just a quick note (I'm having sister on visit, so I couldn't post last two day).
My weight today 227,26 - I lost 3,3 lbs.

Hey, I went out to sushi and didn't overeat... I was a bit over my calorie goal- but considering I could have had more sushi and a beer... I think I Showed excellent restraint!!! I'm liking going out to eat enjoying myself and not feeling guilty afterwords for "over eating..."

So, when I went to the gym the otherday I noticed that they had taken away the scale I use for measuring my weight... grrr... so this number might not be totally accurate as I am basing it off the notion that my bathroom scale is 3 pounds of the one at the gym... that being said when I weighed on Tuesday at the gym I was already down two pounds... so I think this is pretty accurate.

Hey, guys...I added up my losses and 1 gain that I'd missed...and I still came out on top (for me). YAY!
I am so excited to see everyone's losses--23.5 lbs. GONE so far!! WOO-HOO!

Hey Pete,where is your sparkpage your all for pic's so you should make one. :) Everyone on here that has a pic are close ups So I need to get one so you can see me better,I tried last night with this old digital I have but the pic's came out bad so I will get my hubby to take one on his.
Oh I went to my foot doctor yesterday I could never remember what he said I had we would get to talking about all kinds of things then I would forget so this time I recorded him..........lol then came home and looked it up just to read up on it....Cudoid Syndrome

I gained one pound but I'm not sure if its due to water retention from my Red Robin dinner. I had 1/2 chichen salad, glass of white wine, and 1/2 cheesy bread. Thanks CDNGAL, I'll look up the site. Good to have a loss even though it wasn't as much as I had hoped, I ate very late last night! Party over, so I will get on these challenges! Pete, My pup has never ran away from me and we don't have any fencing, but we need it, she wants to be outside all the time. She fakes having to potty to go outside and chase birds! Lisa

Debbie - if you check on www.dwlz.com (a WW offspring site:) there's a list of restaurants - it had Red Robin listed , it of course lists foods with their 'point' values, but 1pt= 50 calories roughly - Hope that helps. WTG Pete on the lunch - I've supply EA'd and the staff room ALWAYS had junk lol - you did good! I'm off to the gym - have a good day all:) Yesterdays totals: Calories: 1323 crunches/pushups - not done - didn't get home for supper till 830 - then I was falling asleep so went to bed early F/V- 3 of each Dairy - 3/4 c nf milk, 1/2 c yogurt, 1/2 c 1%cottage cheese Sleep - 7.5 - still woke up several times though - but was awake long before my alarm

Here are my stats for today. 1 1024 a little low
2.200/ no push ups, shoulder is hurtin' pretty bad 3.2.5 dairy 4. 2 fruit/3 veg. 5. slept pretty good, probably 5.5-6 hours
I will go ahead and post tonight because I am doing drivers ed with one of my special education students from last year. Prayers all around!
Weigh in at 155.8 loss of 2.2 pounds!!!
Will someone put me in the list tomorrow?

wow i'm pumped to see the losses too. i had that horrible flu last week, but i'm hoping for a pound. i only had one bad day. that reminds me...tj, i still can't believe you didn't even go over the day you had the popcorn! my bad!!!!

Hey Gang I might be late weighing in tomorrow. I probably will miss some pool time tomorrow too, but I volunteered to pick up food for the postal food drive tomorrow. The postal person in our Park is partially dis-abled so they ask that we bring our donations in. It's about a 20 mile round trip - the majority of the people left in the Park at this time of year only drive when they absolutely have to - some of them shouldn't be driving at all. I can't say that I am that fond of driving myself, but as I was putting my food back on the shelf - I heard the Man upstairs telling me I should do this. I guess thats why he keeps me healthy, so he can call on me when there are things to be done. The bending and lifting will benefit me as well - right? I did go have that grouper sandwich. Had a diet pepsi too. I don't drink that crap much anymore. Take care all - see ya sometime tomorrow. -MA

I have done great all day but was invited out to Red Robin for dinner. I tried looking up their nutrition facts on the net but could'nt find anything. (Red Robin is a gourmet burger joint).

Here we go. I didnt get cardio in today (my 1 day off a week) so i dont feel as good but looking back I did have a good day.
1) Stayed with in Calories 2) 5 fruits/veggies 3) 2 dairy 4) 200 crunches/28 push ups... I said 28!!!! The most I have been able to do is 20 (2 sets 10) tonight I did 1 set 15 and another of 13! 5) 6.5 hours sleep. Thats a little more than my usual but not 7 hrs which I was shooting for.
Off to clean up a little and get a good nights rest. Facing the scale in the morning. I feel I will see a loss but how much is the biggest question for me. It wont be nearly as much as Priny but with a 3lb loss last week I wont expect much this week. I am HOPING for 2!!! I am beind in my spark goal to reach 160 by July 27 so I should have 3 lbs/week loss' for the next 4 weeks to get back on track but oh well. I can only give it my best and hope the scale shows it.
Good night All! Cant wait to see next weeks challenges. This really keeps me focused.

Priny: I caught the post right away. It might not even be a challenge. I went and weighed today for another challenge I am in and was up 3 from Thurs. It's like "What the h***?" I will go weigh in the morning again and see if it went away - stupid scales!! Anyway, great loss lady - congrats.
I am invited out tonite to an open bar on the water for a karoke(?)thing. I am debating about going, but I would love a grouper(fish)sandwich, besides several from the Park are going and I can bring the bird.

| Kaw, You can start the challenge just use your weight today for the start weight and then after all the weigh ins tomorrow there will be a new thread titled "week 6 spark challenge" Then the new challenges will be posted and we are off and "running" (hey that was good off and running....)
