hello guys! now we have two boards :( coz i had already started one! not to worry..i will post on both :D yesterday was cardio..am running these days..60 minutes today was 30 minutes strength and 60 minutes cardio making my minutes so far: 1800/120/1780 450/30/420

yesterday, 30 min heavy cardio (cycling) 30 min strength training.
Today no strenght training but I think I might step up the cardio and do 60 minutes.
