| Whew! It took a few sessions, but I did finsh up Friday's challenge, as well as complete Saturday & Sunday! My thighs and hips are TIGHT this morning (um, in the sore way, not in the awesome "I have no jiggles" way - it's coming, though)!!

Sorry I've been out for a few days. My folks were in visiting for the Volvo sailing race in Baltimore Harbor. I didn't get my workouts in this weekend - bummer! But I didn't gain any weight either. Yay!
I'll be working on getting caught up today. MommaK - you are in my prayers as well.

Holy monkeys!! I was out Friday (Wedding dress shopping with/for my cousin - fun!), but I did get Wednesday & Thursday's challenges done, as well as some of Friday's (I actually got up EARLY and went for a decent run).
Working on the rest of Friday's/Saturday's/Today's this afternoon while my boyfriend naps. I don't know how far I'll get - tons and tons of squats!

| Thanks, Amanda - feels great to be back in the game. I still have to take it easy as I still have intermittent chest pain. I figure that if I need to, I can modify some of the challenges from how I normally do them (i.e. my squats are almost always with weights, but yesterday I just used body weight).
