Thanks goingskinny! I'm doing alright. i lost most of the water weight i gained. last month was a bear at a gain of approximately 20lbs. i've lost 9.5 since wednesday. i had planned on getting strict with myself, but life just doens't let me! that is frustrating! no exercise today, but maybe tomorrow will be better!

thanks 2006cardio. it is awesome to have a goal and no you can do it.. i do have a very good pacing partner which is my best friend.. she started at 240 and was down to 165, then she got very sick and is back up alittle but not to far. she got hard hit since november. but we are back on track and will be hot for the summer. We have to attitude we don't need any one telling us we look good.. we know we look good.. you have a higher self esteem when you know instead of waiting for some one to tell you you are.,. i have some younger females always asking my husband what he thinks about what they look like.. it is pretty funny.. i just tell them.. if you need to ask then there is something wrong. no man should ever have to make you feel good about you.. if you feel all that you are all that.. and losing weight makes it so even more.

hi GoingSkinny. looks like you are in control of you! that's great! I have similar goals to what you've already accomplished! challenges are ideas and accountability to keep peop's on track. the 15 minute challenge I popped in on the other day was a committment for each sparkperson to exercise AT LEAST 15 minutes every day. you need to get in the board to find out exactly what they're talking about. good luck with the rest of your goals!~

Hello. This site is what i have been looking for.. I have started my weight lose exactly a year ago.. started at 206 down to 158 my goal weight is 135.. i was just wondering what the 15 minute challenge

also have started new business as a Creative Memories consultant, anyone want info contact me,, this business has helped me maintain my goal to keep looking good.
