Hey everyone! Well, I've gotten back into the exercise (finally) :) And I'm staying within calorie range. It's that time of the month tho, so I have no idea what my weight really is, as my weight tends to fluctuate rather wildly during this time. How's everyone else doing?

Hi all another 1lb loss last week and also 1 inch from my waist.
I was tired last week so exercise took a slower pace for a few days. I was feeling un motivated and worn out but my sparkle is back now. I is four weeks to our holiday so I am going to work even harder this week.

Hi all
No weight loss this week but an inch from my waist.
I am tired and burnt out this week, I feel that I am doing to much 7 days a week going to ensure that I have two days a week off.
Is anybody else having rest days.

Well, I managed to get in some exercise yesterday. Nothing spectacular, but at least I got myself up and moving around. A short bike ride, a couple short walks, and I worked out in the yard for 30 minutes. I lost another 2 pounds -- down to 126 now. I promised myself that when I hit a certain weight, which I did yesterday, I would stop smoking...so I feel like I'm going crazy at the moment. Wish me luck. I really want to quit - for myself and especially my kids.

I have been doing great with my caloric intake, but no so much with the excersise. I'ver been too busy ltely. and I have hae finals soon so I don't know. I'm going t try to get back on track.

Well, doing great on the calorie front and trying to get back into it exercise-wise. It seems hard to get started again after stopping while on vacation. Sigh. But I've gotten some done each day. Just need to work at it some more. How's everyone else doing?

Hi all,

I weighed myself this morning and I've lost another 2 pounds - yea! It's a beautiful day here today and I plan on going walking or jogging later.

ok, i'm not doing that well anymore, i haven't excersised in like 3 days, and i got a craving one night, went way over my calorie limit. i haven't gained or lost anything thought.. I'm going to try to get back on track.

Hey,

I haven't posted in a few days. We went on a family vacation so I really haven't gotten in any exercise in the last 4 days, unless you count walking around sightseeing (haha). And I didn't really keep track of calories either. I was afraid that when we got home I would have gained weight, but I seem to have stayed the same. Thank goodness. :) Hope everyone else is doing well.

Good Morning
How is everybody doing this week, I feel a little off colour at the moment but have kept up with my 40 mins exercise a day and maintaing about 1500 calories a day.

Did better yesterday and have gone jogging/walking this morning. My 8-year-old son went along, so it was a little slower than usual, but I thought it was sweet that he wanted to go running with me. :)

I'm doing alright, though I've been having trouble getting in as much exercise as normal. With my husband on vacation from work, we're doing stuff with the kids constantly and it seems like the days are just disappearing. :( But I'm doing alright and am getting some running in.

Easter was hard - I had some candy - not sure how I did calorie wise...not sure I want to know either - lol. But I'm back on track today.

How did everyone else do over the weekend?

Hi all!

I did really well yesterday on my calories, but only got a quick walk in for exercise. However, I've already walked 1/2 mi. and run 2 miles this morning, so I'm hoping today will be better on the exercise front.

Haven't done so well the last couple days with my calories. My husband has been on vacation from work, and we've been eating out, going to the movies, etc. I've kept up pretty well on the exercise though. I will make more of an effort to get back on track with the eating today.

the last two days I've done ok, excersised, stayed in my calorie range, eventhough it was like at the very end, but i've been so tierd, I'm so busy, and everything, but i'm trying to get everything done, i'm going to have a long weekend soon so i'll be able to gather myself back together, till then, i just gotta do as best i can to stick to this..

Hi everyone
another good day kept within calories and swam for 40 mins last night 60 lengths. Had a good night sleep but fell tired this morning.
Dont know how i will go on tomorrow it is my birthday and my hubby has booked us in for a body fat check (how sweet). I am swimming tomorrow and playing squash so hopefully i will not over do it.

hi guys i am trying to train for 10 mile race in 3 weeks think i can do it. well i ran 4 miles today not too bad could have gone longer but had to come to work

I started running yesterday and felt like that went well. Today I have worked in the yard most of the morning and will do some biking later. I stayed in my calorie range yesterday and am doing well calorie-wise so fat today also. Hope everyone is doing great. Keep up the good work!

Spent my day off walking 2 miles working out with swiss ball and raked for about 2 hours, was so tired at supper time didn't feel like making anything new so had leftover spark diet meals. I think I stayed in calorie range though.

today was a great day for me, i had tons of fruit and vegetables, and i had only like 1200 calories, my range is 1200. i walked for 2 hours, and I'm about to do 60 cruches, so I'm doing some damage control. I haven't had such a good day ever. so I'm very happy. I had 12 glasses of water too

Hi all yesterday was much better. Did strenght training, walked 2 miles with my dog, went grocerey shopping keep forgeting things at the other end of store so more walking. Daughter and her family came for dinner and after dinner her dog keep bugging people about something and they were getting anode with her.She came to me talking and going in circles
(Black Lab/Huskie mix)and I soon understood she needed to go for a walk, so another 1 mile walk. Stayed in calorie range, drank about 14 glasses of water and got a good nights sleep 8 hours, just got up twice; had to remove all that water and add more, usually get up about 4 times other nights just to move around.

Hey,
not such a great day for me yesterday either, i ate a lot after dinner, but at least i got in all my excerise, and today, i didnt do that well either, i slept till 2 cause i was so tierd, so I couldn't make it to the gym, but i'm going to try to do some exercise at home and everything. but i don't think that it'll add up to the total calories needed to burn for the week, but I'll burn how much i am shot next week on addition to how much i do every week.

Hey,

Just had to tell you, I sympathize! I have 4 little ones who love mac and cheese and I have to admit, I have some sort of special weakness for it myself. There has been a suspicious absence of mac and cheese in our house the last several weeks because I just can't resist it! lol

well yesterday was almost as bad as the day before, came home hungry and tired and helped grandson eat the mac & cheese he didn't want and then 2 apples non of which were no my menu for the day. the calories were 1237 and that didn't happen exercised 60 min. Plan on walking 60 min. today and exercising 30 min. That should help some.

I did good yesterday - yah! And I'd lost a pound when I weighed this morning. Today will be hectic, but I know I will have the chance to get in a lot of walking, so that's good. Good luck everyone!

Well, I did fine with my eating yesterday, but only got in about 15 minutes of exercise This seems to be a bad week for me exercise wise, but I will get back on track today.
