Congrats Blue! Great job everyone!! I almost broke yesterday and weighed in -- I stopped because I thought man if I haven't lost ANY -- that'll just zap the wind out of my sails.

Good job Red Team, we'll get them next week! Has anyone noticed that the 2 weeks of the show, we have parralled the winning team? Hi Everyone! It was a great week and I can't wait to give you the totals, so here goes!
TOTAL LOSS for us all this week...20.2 pounds THE WINNING TEAM was the BLUE TEAM with 11.1 pounds The RED TEAM lost 9.1 pounds. THIS WEEKS biggest loser was BNL DIVA with 3.6 pounds (Mejai was a VERY close second with 3.5)

Ahh! There's everyone! Great show tonight. It reminded me to go weigh myself and then I spent the last 1/2 hour [after it ended] wondering why I should go get on the computer...I NEED TO WEIGH IN!! Well, Blue Team I am holding steady at 137. I will battle on with lots of fresh fruits & vegis and wise food choices! I am going a little light on the exercise side but I'm gearing up for a busy week next week. Starting Sunday I will be working my regular 40 hr job AND putting in an additional 40 to 45 at a seasonal commitment. [Its nuts I know, but I only do it once a year.]I'll be home Tues night tho and I'll be watching this show! Keep up the fight, Sisters! [hey, are there guys in here too? I just assume we're all women!]

I was just checking the biggest loser Web site. There are some great before and after pics on there. Some really big losers too. One was 57 and felt like 37 now. I can see why they loose so much the first week. With only allowing about 960-1200 calories for the women and 1200-1500 for the men. And then adding all of that exercise to the mix. I am sure the first week was a shock to their system. Maybe that is why they didn't loose as much this last week as they did the first week. I am waiting to watch again tonight. I feel bad this year, since I have more favorite shows I like to watch. I need to get out and get MOVING more. I will keep working at it and soon should be able to get in the workout mode.

Wow...great job, everybody!!! Nice losses, and almost everyone has reported in already! I only need Mrs. Jaynes for the red team, and StepMonster for the blue team to report and I will be able to get out our team totals tonight instead of tomorrow! Way to go! It's VERY close between our teams right now, and these last two people's numbers will decide it! Wow! We all did way better than last week! Keep up the good work!
By the way...we need another member for the blue team if you know of any other biggest loser Fans who might want to join us...and of course, we can add people at any time along the way, so spread the word!

It's TUESDAY! Our big day! Hope everyone's had a great week...I can't wait to see the results, so remember to report in with this weeks weight TODAY. Someone asked about keeping track of exercise minutes, but I think I'm keeping track of about all I can handle for now. Everything you do will add up for your weight loss and for your team, so that will be how we measure that, ok? I lost only a half a pound, but after last weeks big loss, I'm not surprised, and am really just thrilled to have lost a little more!
Good luck to both teams and I'll be have the team totals up tomorrow morning. And don't forget to watch the show tonight at 8 pm on NBC!

| Gwynnie, I only do an 'activity burst day' on a day I'm off work and home most of the day, like a Saturday or Sunday. At work, I try to do a flight of stairs every hour or two. I usually ride the elevator down to the next floor to use the bathroom, and then take the stairs back up to my office. I figure if I even did that twice a day, it would be hundreds of flights of stairs in a year!

hey all..Welll I ate dinner out at Campos(local Mexican food dive)and I tried to make a good choice-Chicken fiesta salad..But I think in the end it wasnt the greatest..should have gotten the carne asada tacos..

I know its monday but i'm taking the opportunities which are given to me, so i have found a moment to post during my business trip, and its today.
I weighed Friday for the trick or treat challenge and i'm 176 (so down 2) which is awesome compared to my no-loss from the week before.
I hope I get a chance to watch the show tomorrow because it really does keep me motivated.
I haven't been terrible on my trip, still under the calories, but my calories have included a kind of candy each day (i add them in and am still under but i know its not healthy) mostly its for the energy since i don't drink coffee and i'm up early and working hard. I will try and be better sticking to tea but its hard.
